SYNOPSIS
by Allan Jay Friedman"An Affair To Remember" Meets "Somewhere In Time" With songs performed Voice-Over like:"Sleepless In Seattle"
“Never Say Goodbye” takes the viewer on a magical adventure to some of the most romantic places in the world: Carmel, California; New York City; San Francisco; London; Paris; Lugano, Switzerland; Lake Como.
Like “Sleepless In Seattle,” this motion picture features old and new artists singing old and new, classic songs voice-over throughout the movie to help tell the story. This is not a musical but a movie with music, where the songs help reveal the character of our protagonist.
"Never Say Goodbye" is about two star-crossed lovers, Michael and Sara, who take a vow under the Lone Cypress Tree to always follow their hearts and do what they love with the person they love.
Michael begins a piece of music the night before he and Sara are to be married at the romantic Del Monte Lodge in Carmel.
Jonathan gives the sheet music to his father, Parker, to hold. He tells him that he won't complete the music until he and his beloved fiance, Sara, are together forever.
En route to his concert in San Francisco that night, where Michael will perform his First Piano Rhasody, Michael and Sara are killed in a car accident.
Immediately, Jonathan is re-born in New York City.
Sara is re-born in San Francisco. (They both look much like they looked in their former lifetime.)
Jonathan (his name in this lifetime) is born knowing the music he had begun in his former lifetime. He is also born searching for a love who lives in his heart. And, all of his songs are written for a woman he has always loved but has yet to meet.
Emma (Sara's name in this lifetime) is born looking for her soul-mate. She refuses to settle til she finds him.
Parker, who was Jonathan's father in his former lifetime, and his best friend in this one, suspects who Jonathan and Emma really are but we don't truly know until the end.
This is a love story that is longer than life and stronger than death.
